FACE^TM Problem Report (PR) & Change Request (CR) Ticketing System

This system is for Problem Reports (PR) and Change Requests (CR) of FACE Consortium products and tools. PRs and CRs with products claiming FACE Conformance should be directed at the supplier. Questions over standards, policies, and tools should be directed to ogface-admin@opengroup.org.

As a user of the FACE PR/CR database, you are responsible for the data posted to this site. While the site protects the identity of ticket submitters in the processes associated with the resolution of tickets reported to this system, the text and information entered into the individual tickets as well as the attachments added to those tickets are considered public information.

As a user of this system, I acknowledge that I am responsible for compliance with all applicable US export and commerce regulations (such as ITAR and EAR) governing submitted technical data. I take sole responsibility for any violation of US law that results from the processing of any information I post to this site. If you have ITAR/EAR information in support of what you have entered into the PR/CR system, indicate you have ITAR/EAR information and you will be contacted if that information is needed.

As a user of this system, and acting as an agent of my employer, I will not disclose company proprietary data. If company proprietary data is either intentionally or inadvertently disclosed, the owning firm shall grant an non-exclusive, non-recoverable license to use such data free of charge.
